Athletic goals: Goals for 2010: 1. Complete another marathon. 2. Improve my time at the Bracebridge 1/2 ironman 3. Never finish 4th in my age group again.
My most catastrophic racing experience was: ...how about near catastrophic in Milton...I developed a high speed wobble coming down the Niagara Escarpment on my bike around 65 kph. Luckily, I finally slowed down and got things under control without incident - however, when I racked my bike I discovered that my front wheel had come loose...could have been painful!
My most memorable racing experience was: Running with my 3 year old through a 1k in a driving snowstorm...he made it, and so did I!

Favourite race: Uxbridge 1/2 Marathon - a wild ride!
